Include:
- Your Shopify store name
- Your contact email
- A brief description of your request
Once verified, we will process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note:
- Uninstalling the app through Shopify revokes app access automatically.
- Some backup or archived data may remain temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
- Deleting stored data may permanently remove access to synced products, generated mockups, and related platform functionality.
