You confirm that you have the rights or permission to use any uploaded or synced content.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Pixie Hat Bar available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Features, functionality, and integrations may change over time as the platform evolves.
Subscription & Billing
Certain Pixie Hat Bar features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, billing terms, and plan limitations are displayed at the time of purchase.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited access or suspension of app functionality.
Limitation of Liability
Pixie Hat Bar and The Pixie Lab are not responsible for:
- Lost profits or sales
- Shopify outages or API issues
- Incorrect product data synced from Shopify
- Customer misuse of generated mockups
- Theme conflicts or third-party app conflicts
Use of the service is at your own risk.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Pixie Hat Bar if the service is abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that negatively impacts platform stability or security.
Data & Backups
While we take reasonable precautions to maintain data integrity, merchants are responsible for maintaining backups of important business information and assets.
